Tom O'Meara was born in Montreal, Canada where he still resides. He is the youngest of five children of
Roger O'Meara and Lucette Bernier. It was not until he graduated from McGill University with a
bachelor's degree in engineering that he began drawing. After experimenting with different types of mediums and surfaces, this Canadian
artist settled on acrylics on gesso-layered masonite boards. His paintings grace the homes of noted
individuals and institutions such as Rachel Robinson, Ronald Reagan, The National Baseball Hall of
Fame and Museum, Mike Schmidt, Dale Murphy, Tim Raines, |
