Each human being brings something unique and mysterious to the table. Some more than others. Steve is one of them. I totally enjoyed the conversations I had with him when we worked together years ago, but I especially enjoyed capturing his magnificent face in a painting. It was one of the most exciting and satisfying portraits I have ever done. Steve is built solid and strong as an ox. I once told him he reminded me of Bolo, the bad guy who defeats his opponents with both skill and brute force in the martial arts movie classic 'Enter the Dragon'. Pardon the pun but he got a kick out of that one!
